It's a crazy world

How is the 16 year old kid on the left different from your neighourhood secondary school ah beng? Firstly he plays football really well, secondly he is valued at £12m. Incredible hah? Those of you with kids should just get your young ones to play football or basketball or any sports that gets you big contracts. Studying is useless, as in which job pays you more than £10k per month from the very beginning, I doubt my boss earns that but I might be wrong =\. So all of you, throw away your books go get a ball and start playing with it ya... just don't forget me when you struck it rich big time eh :P
Ah yes its FA Cup time again, 3rd round replay on 18th and 19th Jan. All the best to Nuneaton and Burton in their giant slaying quests, everybody in the footballing world (except Man Utd and Boro fans, and the kiasu punters who preferred to bet on the EPL club wins) will be behind you :)

Good day for the European Champions

Couldn't have been a better day for the Reds of Merseyside today with Man Utd losing and Liverpool beating Spurs 1-0 at Anfield. The European Champions are now 1 pt behind the Devils with 2 games in hand. Kewell's scored his 1st goal in 13 mths, an expensive goal considering that he earns something like SG$150k/week? Gotta start scoring more dude! Up next a trip to Old Trafford, hope that the guys can slay the Devils at their own lair :)
Meanwhile Arsenal 7 Boro 0? S League scoreline or what?! McClaren must be nuts to be fielding the kind of defensive lineup against Henry and gang at Highbury.

Upsets

Ok a quick 1 here well done Wigan for beating Arsenal 1-0 in the League Cup Semi Finals at the JJB Stadium... Even though Arsenal is likely to overcome that and progress to the Final itself but you never know what Wigan can do at Highbury :) Hope Blackburn does the same "giant-killing" feat tonight (are Man Utd still considered as giants? hmmm)
Anyway a funny chinese clip for pple reading this...(are there any?)

1st post

Since I am so free nowadays might as well I spend some time on this thing they called the blog. No OT + holidays + friends-who-are-so-busy-or-don't-give-a-shit-about-meeting-up = plenty of time to simply rot at home.
Liverpool draws Portsmouth in the FA Cup 4th round, hopefully this will be an easier fixture than the one against Luton, no more great fight back please, my heart can't take anymore of this after the Champions League final in Istanbul :). Well done Burton, hope you go 1 better at Old Trafford and knock the great you-know-whos out of the FA Cup
Ok I shall stop here and continue my exploration of this thing they called the blog... Wonder who will be reading this anyway :)
